Canva Toy Bin Labels
Hi friends! I have uploaded a quick tutorial on how to use my Canva Toy bin labels. Please reach out if you have any questions. Step by step instructions can be found further down this post.
How to Use Canva for Toy Bin Labels
After you purchase the digital download, you will receive a PDF file to download.
If you do not have a free Canva.com account, create one now.
Open and click on the correct sizing you are looking for. Below you will find details about each size.
You will be directed to Canva and click ‘use template for new design’. The template will open and you can make all the changes you would like.
Here are a few basic things you can do in Canva with your labels.
You can change the font style and the colour of both the font and images. Some fonts will be part of the upgraded Canva account. The font that is standard on my labels is a free font.
You can rename the labels.
Use the corners of the image and text boxes to adjust the sizing.
Select the text and images boxes to move around.
You can upload your own images. If you want to change the colour of your uploaded images, your upload needs to be in an SVG format.
You can delete labels and images you don’t want.
Once you are ready to print. Download as a PDF file at the highest quality. Find your downloaded file on your computer and print at 100%.
Cut along the grey lines. If you have a paper trimmer or can borrow one, I would highly recommend for straight lines.
You can print on sticker paper, or cardstock and place in bin clips.
I linked a few different brands I have used on Amazon. Make sure you use the correct paper for your type of printer. Laser printer, vs an InkJet printer.
