Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase if item has not been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on non customer orders. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
There are no refunds/exchanges on custom orders unless there's an error on our part.
Digital items are not refundable.
Shipping
Canada Standard - 3-15 business days via letter mail - no tracking
Canada Upgrade - 2-4 business days - tracking included
United States - 5-9 business days via Chitchat and UPSP - tracking included
Addresses
We will ship to the address provided at time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an out-of-date address or an address entered incorrectly.
Colours May Vary
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Please check your email address you provided. Custom orders will not be shipped and cancelled if we do not have enough information to complete the order. If we do have enough information but can not reach you, we will ship your order without approval after 48 hours.
Please be sure to review the spelling, grammar and capitalization on your personalization to us, as we use a copy and paste method.
